Job Description

I'm looking for a skilled WordPress developer to help me build a website that young professionals and students can use to inform themselves about jobs and professions. So at some point in the future the website will have many pages for each job description (similar to a wiki for jobs). The job description gives insides about core tasks, average working hours, required soft and hard skills, salary range, industry specifics, recommended degree, etc.

Therefore, I need an appealing “front page” to young people and a structured “template page” that should be used for all jobs descriptions (you do the template for one example page, content of job description will be provided by me)

The website also needs subpages and a hierarchy structure. For example: On the front page I select an industry to be forwarded to the next subpage showing branches within the industry. Clicking on a branch I see high-level business divisions on the next page. Clicking on a business division I see all functions of this division. (Maybe this could be organized interactively with filters instead for now! – meaning: clicking on an industry on the front page leads to a filter page for that industry where users can filter for division, required degree, and so on)

Example: Front page (industries) -> Subpage (banking, insurance, asset management) -> Subpage Banking (HR, Wholesale, Institutional, IT, etc.) -> Subpage IT (all available job descriptions)

The front page should have sections such as “industries”, “new job descriptions”, “random job descriptions”, “general topics blog”, “study guide blog”, “newsletter” and “info section”.

It is essential that the job description have a lot of different categories or tags assigned (filter possibilities) so that students can filter job descriptions according to “industry”, “division”, “soft skills”, “hard skills”, “working hours”, “study program”, “salary range”, “market demand”, “stress level”, etc.

Minimum requirements:

– **Modern design** Design is key. Modern, clean, bright, focusing on young people, interactive, moving elements.

– ** “Comprehensive and modern/ seamless search and filter possibilities.**

-** Additional pages to make the website complete such as “about us” and “blog”.

-** modern newsletter function**

-** fast and low size build, SEO optimized**

-** responsive website design**

In the next phase (next project) the website should get a login and backend for job postings of employers. Job postings should be displayed as “recommended jobs” underneath job descriptions. It should also be possible to search for job postings independent from job descriptions.

Let me know your thoughts and if you can add additional features?
