The Trade Finance function is a central function to manage the funding requirement of the TSL Group including European operations, through Trade finance structures and arrangements. The person will be required to assess requirements for new Trade finance facilities within TSL and its domestic and overseas group companies, make thorough analysis of the Trade finance solutions and its accounting treatment and compliance to regulatory requirements, negotiate the terms and conditions in the agreement with banks and financial institutions. The person will be responsible for assessing the trade finance related requirements of the business, should know the various Trade finance products, rules, guidelines laid down by RBI and other regulatory bodies, maintain bank relationships, work closely with the multiple internal stakeholders and undertake all Trade finance related activities, implement internal systems and processes for the function.
Required Skills
Should have very good understanding of Trade finance arrangements, concepts of Working Capital Management and Corporate finance.
Technical Competencies:
- Should have good analytical and writing skills with good working knowledge of -Trade Finance structures, working on excel, ppt and word.
- Ability to use Bloomberg and other financial databases will be an additional qualification.
- Good oral and written communication skills

– Ability to interact and collaborate with divergent teams within and outside the company
– Agile and able to meet tight timelines
