Eligibility Criteria :Candidates with 2 to 5 years of relevant PQE in corporate and commercial law shall apply.

Location : Mumbai

Work Profile:

Transaction Management: Draft, assess, analyze, and negotiate contracts and agreements. Manage transactions involving M&A (domestic and cross-border), business transfers, divestments, joint ventures, and private equity.
