Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Analyst – BI Data Visualization with expertise in Tableau, MicroStrategy, SQL, and financial reporting. The role involves developing dashboards and reports, analyzing large datasets, and providing actionable insights to support financial decision-making and project accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports using MicroStrategy (Strategy) and Tableau.
- Perform data extraction, manipulation, and analysis using SQL.
- Work with large datasets from financial systems such as Oracle Time & Labor (OTL).
- Support financial reporting, forecasting, and project accounting activities.
- Use Microsoft Excel for advanced data analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders to aid decision-making.
Essential Skills
- 4–6 years of experience in financial reporting, data analysis, or BI roles.
- Expertise in MicroStrategy (Strategy) and Tableau.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of financial concepts, forecasting, and project accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
