About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Program Lead to drive the delivery of strategic projects and programs that align with business outcomes. This critical role supports the Chief Learning & Research Officer (CLRO) by managing key initiatives, optimizing priorities, and collaborating with senior leaders. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, possesses strong executive presence, and is adept at managing complex agendas with discretion and strategic foresight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent and advance the CLRO’s agenda across Accenture’s leadership forums and business priorities.
  • Manage and prioritize CLRO’s participation in internal, client, and external engagements.
  • Coordinate stakeholders, communications, and sponsorship of strategic programs and change initiatives.
  • Set, align, and update priorities regularly, ensuring leadership team awareness and progress.
  • Track and follow up on activities across the leadership team, providing clear, concise summaries.
  • Collaborate with support teams across functions such as Learning & Leadership Development, Finance, HR, and others.
  • Participate as an active member of the CLRO’s leadership team, driving agendas and strategic initiatives.
  • Attend meetings alongside or on behalf of the CLRO, providing updates, driving discussions, and ensuring action items are completed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in Program and Project Management with a strategic focus.
  • Strong understanding of organizational learning strategy and talent development.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including executive-level summaries and presentations.
  • High business acumen, discretion, and judgment working with senior executives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
  • Minimum 18 years of relevant experience.
  • Full-time education equivalent to 15 years (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent).
