About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Inbound Sales Representative (Associate Director) to drive sales pursuits and manage inbound opportunities within the Engineering Services domain. The role focuses on shaping, selling, and closing deals while providing strategic customer engagement, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities. This is a high-impact position that requires strong business acumen, leadership skills, and proven success in building and managing profitable customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive inbound sales through upselling and cross-selling of products and services.
- Ensure customer service excellence by meeting call quality and quantitative performance standards.
- Identify opportunities during customer-initiated interactions and manage orders and documentation.
- Lead sales pursuits in Engineering Services (Product Design & Development) across Aerospace, Automotive, and Industrial domains.
- Shape, sell, and close deals (single or multi-service) from opportunity qualification to closure.
- Support origination of large and multi-year opportunities by leading client engagement strategies.
- Partner with client account leadership (CAL) teams to identify, qualify, and execute origination strategies.
- Act as a thought leader by driving Point of Views (POVs) in the engineering services space.
Technical Expertise Required
- Sales Pursuit Management (must-have).
- Go-To-Market (GTM) and Sales experience in Engineering domains.
Expertise in:
- Engineering Design, Analysis, Validation, Manufacturing Engineering, Aftermarket Services
- Product design and development in Aerospace, Automotive, and Industrial domains
- Proven track record in large, global, multi-year engagements for OEM product development.
- Ability to build, manage, and scale business units while driving growth, revenue, and profitability.
- Strong customer orientation with experience interfacing directly with global clients.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate teams, foster collaboration, and deliver customer value.
Qualifications
- Minimum Experience: 18 years in Sales & GTM roles within Engineering Services.
- Education: 15 years of full-time education.
