The regions where Hindustan Power is working are categorized as some of the most economically backward areas having limited infrastructure. Thus, the opportunity for a renowned Power company to bring a positive impact in these areas is the core of our operating business. From, past few years we have delivered a lot in community through civil infrastructural developments like establishment of ‘A Grade’ public school, renovations and up-gradations of government schools and ITIs, road constructions, creation of Rock Garden, Construction of community toilets/bathrooms, installation of street solar lighting system and many more

Apart from infrastructural developments, our major community investment Programs are focused towards four core developmental areas. All the interventions are focussed on catering to the needs of the most marginalised communities (87% of SC/ST/OBC beneficiaries), within which women children and primitive tribes are given special attention.

CSR have been reaching out to beneficiaries of more than 40 villages directly or indirectly under its different activities in one of the most Tribal areas of Madhya Pradesh with nearly 1.2 Lac lives positively impacted in the past 10 years.
