Position Overview

We are hiring Process Associates with a voice support and US healthcare provider background for our Kolkata location. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and typing skills and a strong customer service orientation.

Role Purpose

To provide efficient technical and customer support to clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues, maintaining service level agreements (SLAs), and delivering a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service through effective troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Diagnose issues and guide users through step-by-step product solutions.
  • Assist clients in navigating product menus and understanding key features.
  • Log all customer interactions accurately using the designated CRM or tracking software.
  • Offer appropriate alternative solutions to ensure customer retention.
  • Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times.
  • Follow up on customer issues and ensure compliance with contractual SLAs.
  • Participate in regular product and process trainings to stay updated.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to enhance service delivery and training efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • H.Sc / Graduate in any discipline (Freshers welcome).
  • Excellent English communication (both verbal and written).
  • Typing speed: Minimum 30 WPM / 90% accuracy.
  • Prior experience in US healthcare or voice-based customer service is an advantage.
  • Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work in late evening/night shifts.
  • Work from office only.
  • SVAR test mandatory.
