Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform. The role requires deep technical expertise, strong architectural vision, and the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure solutions align with enterprise goals and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of Salesforce-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to define technical requirements and system architecture.
  • Ensure Salesforce solutions are built with scalability, performance, and maintainability in mind.
  • Oversee technical implementation, code reviews, and deployment best practices.
  • Provide governance and guidance on Salesforce standards, integrations, and platform usage.
  • Work closely with integration teams to ensure seamless connectivity between Salesforce and external systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve architectural and integration challenges in complex environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 12–15 years overall, including 5+ years in Salesforce architecture and solution design.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (preferred).
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Development Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Integration Experience: Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and other middleware tools.
  • Architecture Skills: Experience in data architecture, integration design, and enterprise solution mapping.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Familiarity with advanced Salesforce modules like CPQ or Field Service Lightning.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Frameworks such as TOGAF.
