Job Summary

Maruti Suzuki invites applications from young and bright Graduate Engineers  who have 12 to 22 months of industry experience as of the date of application. Selected candidates will join as Assistant Managers across various technical and operational functions in our Engineering, R&D, and Manufacturing divisions.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Contribute to product design, testing, and validation within the Engineering and R&D divisions.
  • Ensure production quality, process optimization, and performance enhancement in manufacturing operations.
  • Support Supply Chain and Quality Assurance functions for efficient delivery and compliance.
  • Assist in Parts, Accessories, and Logistics operations to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in Training Academy initiatives under HR to drive workforce capability development.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement process improvements and innovation-driven solutions.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

  • B.E. / B.Tech (Full-time, Regular) from a recognized university

Eligible Branches:

  • Mechanical
  • Civil
  • Electrical
  • Electronics
  • Mechatronics
  • Tool & Die

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 12 months to maximum 22 months of relevant industry experience post B.E. / B.Tech

Academic Performance:

  • Minimum 65% marks or 6.5/10 CGPA throughout (10th, 12th/Diploma, and Graduation)

Compensation Details

  • CTC: ₹10.34 LPA (Including ₹8.3 LPA Fixed Pay)
  • Compensation may vary based on educational qualification and relevant experience.
