About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled RMS Developer to join our technology team supporting a leading retail and fashion brand. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with the Oracle Retail Suite (RMS) and an in-depth understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and merchandising systems. You will play a key role in enhancing and maintaining retail systems, ensuring seamless store operations and inventory accuracy across all business channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Retail RMS applications to support retail operations.
  • Work on modules such as Stock Ledger, Purchase Orders, Items, and ReSA.
  • Develop and optimize PL/SQL procedures, Pro*C programs, and Oracle Forms.
  • Build and manage Unix shell scripts and Informatica ETL processes for data integration.
  • Collaborate with functional and business teams to resolve issues and enhance system efficiency.
  • Support end-to-end implementation, testing, and production support for RMS modules.
  • Ensure smooth data flow between RMS and other Oracle Retail modules or external systems.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

  • PL/SQL
  • Pro*C
  • Oracle Forms
  • Unix / Shell Scripting
  • Informatica ETL

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other Oracle Retail modules such as RPM, ReSA, or SIM.
  • Exposure to fashion retail systems and seasonal assortment planning.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based retail solutions or Oracle Cloud Retail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Functional Expertise:

  • Strong understanding of RMS modules — Stock Ledger, Purchase Orders, Items, and ReSA.
  • Functional knowledge of RMS Stock Ledger and Planning & Allocation (P&A) areas is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
