Job Overview

Our client is seeking a Nintex Developer / SharePoint Specialist to support migration, redevelopment, and modernization of workflows and forms within SharePoint Online and Nintex platforms. The role involves upgrading legacy systems, ensuring seamless integration, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality workflow automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Upgrade or redevelop Classic and Responsive Nintex Forms to the New Responsive Forms format.
  • Migrate Nintex Workflows for Office 365 to Nintex Workflow Cloud, including redevelopment of associated task forms.
  • Analyze, refactor, and optimize existing solutions with dependencies on SharePoint Online Lists, Libraries, and Content Types.
  • Collaborate with senior developers and business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate design solutions.
  • Conduct testing, deployment, and post-migration support activities to ensure smooth transitions.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Nintex Forms and Workflows (Office 365 and/or Workflow Cloud).
  • Proficiency in Form and Workflow Designer tools.
  • Strong understanding of form logic, rules, and workflow design principles.
  • Experience with controls, events, actions, error handling, and handling large datasets.
  • Good knowledge of SharePoint Online Lists, Libraries, and Content Types.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Good to Have Skills

  • Exposure to the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Knowledge of REST APIs or SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
  • Experience using migration tools or scripting (e.g., PowerShell) for automation and data migration.
