Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Palantir Architect with deep expertise in designing, developing, and implementing complex data solutions on the Palantir platform. The ideal candidate combines strong architectural skills with hands-on development experience to build robust data pipelines, applications, and dashboards that deliver critical business insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Lead the technical design and architecture of solutions on Palantir Foundry or Gotham, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Hands-on Development: Build and maintain data pipelines using PySpark, Spark SQL, TypeScript, and Python to transform and integrate data from multiple sources.
- Application Building: Develop interactive applications and dashboards using Palantir tools such as Workshop, Quiver, and Slate.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior team members, promote best practices, and foster knowledge sharing.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Solution Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure reliability and efficiency of data pipelines and applications.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 4+ years as a Palantir Architect or Palantir Solution Developer.
- Platform Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry or Gotham, including data integration, ontology modeling, and application development.
- Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Python, and PySpark; experience with Scala and SQL is a plus.
- Data Fundamentals: Solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling concepts.
- Analytical Tools: Experience with MicroStrategy, Power BI, QlikView, SAP Business Objects, Tableau, Cognos Analytics, QlikSense, MySQL, ANSI-SQL.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications: Palantir Certified Architect or other relevant certifications.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to tackle complex technical challenges in fast-paced environments.
