Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based APIs and applications.
- Lead and manage development projects from concept to deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define software requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code.
- Ensure code quality through reviews, testing practices, and adherence to development standards.
- Mentor junior developers and guide them in adopting best coding practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of hands-on Python development experience.
- Strong expertise in Python and FastAPI framework.
- Proficiency in Git and testing frameworks such as Pytest.
- Experience in building and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, API key management, and JWT token-based authentication.
- Working knowledge of Polars (bonus).
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and services.
- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
