Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Finance & Accounting to lead and strengthen our accounting operations, client deliverables, and team capabilities. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end finance processes, drive operational excellence, ensure timely reporting, and lead a team with a strong customer service mindset. This role requires strong leadership, process expertise, and exposure to global accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage accounting and finance operations to support client requirements and internal business goals.
  • Oversee and manage any future process transitions from clients.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all finance and accounting processes.
  • Handle ad hoc projects for the client and internal leadership.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of all financial reports and service-level commitments.
  • Manage resource planning, allocation, and development within the team.
  • Build a strong customer service culture through proactive communication and regular interaction with clients.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop team leaders and managers to handle progressive levels of responsibility.

Required Qualifications

  • CA Qualified or CA Inter (Semi-qualified).
  • 7–10+ years of experience in accounting/finance roles in reputed organizations.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end finance and accounting processes.
  • Experience leading teams in an operations-driven environment.
  • Experience managing managers or team leads in F&A.
  • Knowledge of international accounting standards.
  • Experience working in a structured, process-oriented setup.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management abilities.
  • Executive presence with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong dispute resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Global work experience is an added advantage.
