Job Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced SAP VIM Consultant to manage, enhance, and support Vendor Invoice Management processes. The role requires deep functional expertise in SAP VIM configurations, workflows, and integrations with SAP MM and FI modules. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling VIM implementation and support activities while working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end SAP VIM configuration, implementation, support, and enhancement activities.
- Handle vendor invoice processing, exception handling, workflows, and approvals in VIM.
- Configure Document Processing, ICC/OCR, DP Document Types, and Business Rules.
- Integrate VIM with SAP MM, SAP FI, and OpenText components.
- Troubleshoot VIM-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams for process optimization and system improvements.
- Support testing, documentation, and end-user training when required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP VIM.
- Strong understanding of MM, FI – Invoice Processing, and Accounts Payable processes.
- Experience working with OpenText VIM, OCR/ICC, and workflow configuration.
- Excellent analytical ability, documentation skills, and communication skills.
