Position Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) Consultant with strong domain expertise in maintenance processes, system configuration, and cross-module integration. This role requires hands-on implementation experience, strong analytical capability, and the ability to collaborate directly with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end SAP PM solutioning across preventive, corrective, breakdown, and refurbishment processes.
  • Configure and support SAP PM functionalities as per business requirements.
  • Coordinate integration touchpoints with MM, PP, QM, and FI modules.
  • Handle data migration using LSMW, BODS, and manage related interfaces.
  • Conduct requirement gathering, functional specification preparation, and validation.
  • Analyze issues, propose solutions, and work closely with technical teams for enhancements.
  • Support testing, user training, documentation, and post-go-live stabilization.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP PM.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance management processes.
  • Expertise in SAP PM configuration and integration scenarios.
  • Experience with data migration tools and interface handling.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • SAP PM certification (preferred but not mandatory).

Mandatory Skills

  • SAP Process Modelling Suite (Signavio, ARIS, Visio)
  • MFG EAM Core
  • MFG IAM Suite (APM–ASPM–PAI–BNAC–SAM)
  • Public Cloud EAPPM

Good to Have Skills

  • Additional expertise in MFG IAM Suite modules
