Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Tester with a strong Java Full Stack background to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in automation frameworks, Java development, frontend technologies, and CI/CD tools. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks as well as contributing to full-stack development tasks when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute automated test scripts using Java.
  • Utilize automation tools such as JUnit, Selenium, Appium.
  • Perform API, UI, regression, and functional testing.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure testability in application design.
  • Maintain test documentation and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Technical Skills Requirements

Test Automation

  • Strong experience in test automation frameworks.
  • Java coding skills for writing test scripts.
  • SQL for validating test data and backend operations.
  • Tools: JUnit, Selenium, Appium.

Backend / Java Expertise

  • Proficiency in Java (JDK 17+).
  • Strong hands-on with Spring, Spring Boot, JPA.
  • Experience working with REST / HTTP-based interfaces.
  • SQL experience with PostgreSQL.

Development & Build Tools

  • GIT
  • Eclipse / Visual Studio Code
  • Maven

Frontend (Angular)

  • Experience with Angular 16+.
  • Strong knowledge of TypeScript, REST integrations, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and fix UI-related issues.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Strong analytical and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
