Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior SAP HCM Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management, and Payroll. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting core SAP HCM modules and ensuring seamless integration with HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure SAP HCM core modules—OM, PA, Time Management, and Payroll.
  • Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Conduct system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements or optimizations.
  • Resolve functional issues, provide production support, and ensure system stability.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for enhancements, customizations, and interface development.
  • Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and end-user training material.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and SAP best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM modules OM, PA, Time & Payroll.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and statutory requirements.
  • SAP HCM Certification is mandatory.
  • Experience in system configuration, support, and issue resolution in SAP HCM.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
