About the Job
Provide bilingual (Mandarin–English) L2 technical support, translation assistance, and incident management for global/APAC customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle L2 incidents, service requests, and escalations for Mandarin-speaking users.
- Translate technical/business documents between Mandarin and English.
- Maintain bilingual documentation, tickets, logs, and status reports.
- Collaborate with engineering/L3 teams for faster issue resolution.
- Support localization for APAC platforms and services.
- Conduct bilingual meetings and communication during major incidents.
- Review translated materials for accuracy and cultural alignment.
- Identify recurring issues and support CSI activities globally.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or related field.
- 3–5+ years of L2 technical support experience (bilingual).
- Professional fluency in Mandarin & English.
- ITIL Foundation certification (preferred).
- Experience supporting APAC/global environments.
Preferred Skills
- Mandatory: Jira Service Desk, Service Desk Operations, Windows Server.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to handle major incidents and multilingual communication.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
