Graphic Designer
Experience: 3–5 Years
Location: Bengaluru/ Coimbatore
Salary: 6-10 LPA
Position Overview
The ideal candidate is a versatile designer skilled in both print and digital media, with experience in creating visually compelling designs for marketing, branding, and communication initiatives. You will translate complex ideas into clean, engaging visuals and help maintain Soliton’s brand consistency across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and deliver creative assets including:
- Marketing Collateral: brochures, flyers, posters, standees, event materials
- Digital Campaign Creatives: social media graphics, web banners, email visuals, ad creatives
- Produce high-quality layouts, graphics, and illustrations using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Figma, or equivalent tools.
- Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to understand project objectives and translate them into effective visual communication.
- Apply design thinking principles to support user-centric communication and visual clarity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for campaign visuals, product imagery, and design requirements.
Additional Skills

Basic video editing or motion graphics skills are a plus.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of proven graphic design experience across print and digital media.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, layout skills, and visual design sensibility.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD, Figma, Affinity, and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of aesthetics, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus.
