Financial Planning & Analysis – Manager

Experience: 6–9 Years

Salary: 12-16 LPA

Position Overview

The FP&A Manager will lead enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, and modeling initiatives across multiple SBUs. This role focuses on long-range planning, capital allocation analysis, valuation modeling, KPI tracking, and decision support for senior leadership in a fast-growing EV business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Anchor long-range financial models (1Y / 2Y / 5Y) across all SBUs
  • Build complex, scalable financial models for strategic planning
  • Develop capital allocation and scenario simulation models for management decisions
  • Create valuation models linking business metrics to enterprise value
  • Drive forecast vs actual variance analysis using KPI-based reporting
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to track performance and identify trends
  • Support Investor Relations with models for fundraising, due diligence, and debt strategy
  • Build sensitivity analysis models to assess risks and opportunities across KPIs
  • Drive digital FP&A transformation through dashboards and analytics
  • Monitor EV industry trends, competition, and macro/micro indicators
  • Benchmark financial and operational KPIs against peers and industry leaders

Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint
  • Strong ability to build and maintain complex financial models
  • Ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable insights
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and cross-functionally
