Position Overview
The Cybersecurity SME will provide subject matter expertise in cybersecurity compliance, risk management, and advanced security technologies for BFS (Banking & Financial Services) environments. The role focuses on advisory, governance, and implementation support aligned with regulatory and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise stakeholders on cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards
- Provide security guidance for BFS technology environments
- Support implementation of advanced cybersecurity solutions
- Conduct security risk assessments and gap analysis
- Review security architecture and control frameworks
- Support regulatory audits and compliance initiatives
- Identify security risks and recommend mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with IT, risk, compliance, and business teams
- Prepare security assessment reports and recommendations
Mandatory Skills
- Cybersecurity advisory and governance
- Risk assessment and gap analysis
- BFS security compliance and controls
Preferred Skills
- Experience with advanced security tools and platforms
- Knowledge of cloud and hybrid security architectures
- Exposure to SOC, SIEM, IAM, and endpoint security
Experience & Qualifications
- 7–12 years of experience in Cybersecurity roles
- Strong experience in BFS domain environments
- Proven stakeholder management and consulting skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
