Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP GRC Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in GRC implementation on S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end GRC implementation, migration, testing, and production readiness, ensuring compliance, security, and audit readiness in an S/4HANA landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate S/4HANA version compatibility with SAP GRC add-on
- Confirm OS and hardware sizing requirements
- Install and configure SAP GRC Add-on in S/4HANA
- Activate required business functions, services, and BC Sets
- Create and configure GRC connectors with S/4HANA systems
- Convert business requirements into GRC technical solutions
- Archive historical data for audit and compliance needs
- Migrate GRC master data including users, roles, mitigations, and controls
- Create client-specific GRC data
- Perform Unit Testing (connectors, workflows, risk analysis)
- Conduct Integration Testing with ERP processes
- Support GRC Go-Live activities and change management
- Validate RFC destinations between GRC and S/4HANA Production systems
- Upload and validate SAP GRC SoD rulesets
- Ensure audit readiness with complete compliance documentation
Mandatory Skills
- SAP GRC Access Control implementation experience
- SAP S/4HANA Embedded GRC
- SAP Security projects (Implementation, Upgrade, Rollouts)
Good to Have
- Experience in large enterprise or regulated environments
- Strong understanding of compliance and audit requirements
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
