Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SharePoint / Workflow Tester to validate enterprise workflows and applications built on SharePoint, Nintex, and K2 platforms. The role involves manual and functional testing, workflow validation, and close collaboration with development and business teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual and functional testing of SharePoint-based applications and workflows
- Test workflows developed using Nintex and K2 platforms
- Analyze business requirements and convert them into detailed test scenarios and test cases
- Execute test cases, log defects, track progress, and perform re-testing
- Use Azure DevOps (ADO) for test case management, defect tracking, and reporting
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve issues
- Ensure quality standards are met across all testing phases
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in SharePoint Testing and Workflow Testing
- Strong hands-on experience with Nintex and K2 workflows
- Proficiency in manual and functional testing methodologies
- Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management and tracking
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes
- Excellent communication and documentation skill
