Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Python Full Stack Developer to join our Hyderabad team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python backend development along with hands-on experience in frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS). This role involves building secure, scalable applications while collaborating closely with cybersecurity and operations teams to ensure compliance and best practices across the SDLC.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based backend services and JavaScript/HTML/CSS frontend components
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs using industry standards (Swagger, OpenAPI 3.0)
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to embed security best practices into the SDLC and ensure compliance with controls (including DEPL)
- Promote secure coding practices and support vulnerability remediation efforts
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability
- Maintain and improve containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes
- Participate in architectural discussions related to software design, development, and delivery
- Share knowledge, mentor peers, and drive development best practices
- Work effectively across development, cybersecurity, and operations environments
Mandatory Skills
- Proficient in Python 3.11+
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL
- Hands-on with API design & development (REST, JSON, Microservices)
- Experience with Swagger / OpenAPI 3.0
- Knowledge of authentication & authorization mechanisms
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Strong working knowledge of Git & GitHub
- Experience with Docker / containerization
- Exposure to JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Good to Have / Preferred Skills
- Experience with data migration tools such as: Liquibase ,Flyway,Alembic, Django, Migrations
- Basic experience querying data in Databricks
- Linux system exposure
- Understanding of networking and firewalls
- Experience with HashiCorp Vault
- Knowledge of Entra ID, Active Directory, or LDAP
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in full stack or backend-heavy development roles
- Prior experience as a Systems Engineer, DBA, or similar technical role is a plus
- Strong understanding of software architecture and secure application development
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Comfortable working in security-conscious environments
