Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Business Analysis Engineer I to support business and technical teams by gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements for system and application development. This role acts as a bridge between end-users and product development teams, contributing to project delivery through structured analysis and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between end-users and product development teams.
  • Partner with Senior Business Analysts to examine, define, and document project requirements.
  • Communicate business and technical requirements clearly to development teams.
  • Support requirement analysis and help define appropriate technical solutions.
  • Assist in defining the approach for system design and construction.
  • Contribute to and manage assigned project tasks.
  • Perform technical and business analysis activities using established processes.
  • Use deductive reasoning to solve standard problems and make recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Functional & Technical Knowledge

  • Conceptual understanding of business analysis theories, practices, and procedures.
  • Exposure to fundamental technical and business concepts.
  • Ability to perform structured work assignments using existing processes.
  • Applies general business knowledge gained through education or experience.
  • Uses standard tools and documentation practices for requirement analysis.
