IT Operations Associate III
📍 Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India

🕒 Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days/week office)
🌙 Shifts: Rotational shifts including night shifts

Role Overview
We are looking for an IT Operations Associate III to support production systems and applications in a fast-paced IT operations environment. The role involves application support, incident management, live troubleshooting, and client interaction to ensure system stability and timely resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide production control and application support for business-critical systems.
- Troubleshoot application issues related to web technologies (IIS/.NET) and MS SQL databases.
- Handle live online bridge calls during incidents to resolve issues in real time.
- Respond to client requests related to application data and outputs.
- Log, track, and resolve incidents using ServiceNow (SNOW) ticketing tool.
- Perform SQL queries to analyze and validate data as part of issue resolution.
- Ensure timely communication and coordination with internal teams and clients.
- Follow standard operating procedures and escalation processes.

Support operations during rotational and night shifts as required.
Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Working knowledge of: Web Technologies: IIS, .NET, Databases: Microsoft SQL Server
- Hands-on experience with: SQL queries, ServiceNow (SNOW) or similar ticketing tools
- Understanding of application support and production environments.
Qualifications
- Technical Graduate: B.E / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech OR any graduation with relevant IT operations experience
- 2–3 years of experience in: Production control Application support IT operations or support roles
Soft Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Good team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure in live production environments.
- Customer-focused approach with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic IT setup.
