Job Description
Manager – Technical Business Analysis
📍 Location: Kochi, Kerala, India
💼 Experience: 9+ Years
Key Responsibilities
- Project initiation & kick-off; create project plans (WBS, effort estimation)
- Task allocation, delivery tracking, and SLA management
- Risk identification, mitigation, and escalation management
- Follow tower-specific standard practices and procedures
- Create and maintain project management routines
- Manage client and internal stakeholder communication
- Handle offshore/onshore coordination
- Performance management and associate development discussions
- Identify training needs and manage user training programs
- Interpret complex business needs and translate into system requirements
- Strong understanding of BRD and domain requirements
- Manage project transitions (Implementation / Ongoing / Shared Services)
- Knowledge of RKS platform (preferred)
Requirements
- Minimum 9 years of relevant work experience
- Engineering or Technical Graduate
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Strong domain and service discipline knowledge
- Hands-on knowledge of: MS Office, Mainframe, SQL,Linux Autobot
- Good understanding of: Standard Procedure Documents,Testing procedures ,Project management practices
- Strong team player with coaching & mentoring ability
- Excellent stakeholder and people management skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients
- Understanding of HROS implementation & ongoing methodologies
