Technical Business Analysis Engineer I
📍 Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India
Job Overview
The Technical Business Analysis Engineer I supports application and system development by analyzing business and technical requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, and assisting development teams in delivering effective solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with foundational business analysis skills who can work independently on routine assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between end users and product development teams
- Partner with senior Business Analysts to examine, define, and document requirements
- Communicate functional and technical requirements clearly to development teams
- Support requirement analysis and help define appropriate technical solutions
- Assist in defining system construction and solution approaches
- Contribute to and manage assigned project tasks
- Perform technical-based activities using standard procedures
- Use deductive reasoning to solve routine problems and make recommendations
- Interface with and influence key stakeholders as required
- Ensure compliance with all organizational policies and standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned

- Functional Knowledge :Conceptual understanding of business analysis theories, practices, and procedures
- Business Expertise :Apply general business knowledge gained through education or experience
- Problem Solving :Analyze information and apply standard practices to make sound judgments

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university
- Equivalent relevant work experience may be considered
