Project Role Description: Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
 
Summary:
As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing application features, and ensuring that the solutions align with business objectives. You will also participate in testing and troubleshooting to enhance application performance and user experience, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.
 
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Engage in continuous learning and improvement to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
 
Professional & Technical Skills:
  • Must To Have Skills:
    • Proficiency in PMP and Agile Project Management.
  • Good To Have Skills:
    • Experience with Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI), DataBricks and Microsoft Project Online.
    • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. – Ability to facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
    • Experience in using project management tools to track progress and manage tasks.
 
Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
  • This position is based at our Pune office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
