Job Overview

We are looking for a Custom Software Engineer (Application Lead) with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure Machine Learning to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable custom software solutions. The role involves technical leadership, team collaboration, and delivering high-performance applications aligned with business goals using modern frameworks and agile methodologies.

Project Role Description

Design, develop, and enhance custom software components across applications and systems. Drive innovation using cloud-native technologies and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and performance-optimized.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as Application Lead and primary point of contact for the project
  • Lead the design, build, and configuration of applications using Azure services
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Microsoft Azure Machine Learning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones
  • Make and own technical and team-level decisions
  • Provide solutions to complex problems across multiple teams
  • Monitor project progress and proactively adjust plans to meet deadlines
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to upskill team members
  • Participate in strategic planning to align project delivery with organizational objectives
  • Ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure Machine Learning
  • Experience with Azure application development and deployment
  • Solid understanding of cloud computing principles and best practices

Good to Have Skills

  • Data Science experience
  • Knowledge of data processing, analytics, and model lifecycle management

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Azure Machine Learning
  • 15 years of full-time education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent)
