AI / ML Engineer

Data Architecture – Team Lead / Consultant

📍 Location: Indore

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI / ML Engineer with strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Architecture to design and deliver production-ready AI/ML and GenAI solutions, including conversational AI and cloud-based ML pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and solution CCAI applications using Google Cloud ML services
  • Develop and implement chatbot and conversational AI solutions (Dialogflow CX, Agent Assist)
  • Build CCAI flows, pages, webhooks, and playbooks
  • Create and manage agents using Agent Builder and integrate end-to-end pipelines using Python
  • Apply Generative AI models (Vertex AI) for chatbots, deep learning, image processing
  • Ensure production-ready cloud AI pipelines with high quality and scalability
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on AI solution design and implementation

Mandatory Skills

  • Google Cloud Platform Architecture
  • Hands-on experience with CCAI (Contact Center AI)
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts
  • Experience with Dialogflow CX, conversational AI solutions

Technical Skills

  • Vertex AI, Cloud ML Services
  • Python for AI/ML pipelines
  • Deep learning, neural networks
  • Chatbots and prompt engineering
  • Cloud-based or on-prem AI application pipelines

Good to Have

  • Cloud Data Architecture knowledge
  • GCP ML / PCA / PDE Certifications

Experience & Qualification

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant AI/ML experienceOverall experience: 7.5 – 9 years preferred
  • Education: 15 years of full-time education
  • Strong background in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields
