Role Overview

We are seeking an Oracle EPBCS Consultant – Senior Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS). The role focuses on developing, configuring, and enhancing Oracle-based enterprise planning applications, while supporting modern, AI-enabled innovation initiatives within Oracle platforms. This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy working at the intersection of financial planning systems, enterprise applications, and next-generation cloud technologies to deliver scalable, business-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and configure solutions using Oracle EPBCS
  • Support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation processes
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
  • Participate in end-to-end project delivery including: Requirement analysis, Solution design, Build and configuration, Testing and deployment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery
  • Assist in integrating AI-enabled insights into Oracle planning workflows (where applicable)
  • Support system enhancements, optimizations, and issue resolution
  • Contribute to documentation, best practices, and knowledge sharing

Mandatory Skills

  • Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS)
  • Strong understanding of application design and configuration
  • Experience in enterprise application development or support

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Business requirement analysis and solution mapping
  • Oracle Cloud application configuration
  • Understanding of integration concepts and data flows
  • Agile / iterative delivery methodologies

Experience & Qualification

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with Oracle EPBCS
  • Education: 15 years of full-time education (Bachelor’s or equivalent)
