Role Overview
We are seeking a Python Application Development Associate Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance applications. This role combines hands-on Python expertise, cloud-native development, and technical leadership, with exposure to AI/ML and Generative AI initiatives. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), guide teams, make key technical decisions, and ensure solutions align with business goals and modern engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance custom applications using Python
- Lead and mentor development teams; ensure best coding practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture and design decisions
- Own technical delivery and provide solutions across multiple teams
- Drive adoption of modern frameworks and cloud-native architectures
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
- Ensure application scalability, performance, and security
Mandatory Skills
- Python (Expert Level)
- PySpark
- FastAPI, Flask, Streamlit
- Git (Version Control)
Technical & Platform Skills
- IDEs: PyCharm, VS Code
- Databases: MongoDB, Cosmos DB, AWS RDS, Redshift, DynamoDB
- BI & Visualization: Power BI, AWS QuickSight
- Cloud (Good to Have): AWS Lambda, AWS Glue
- AI & Advanced Tech: Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, LangChain ,Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision,Prompt Engineering
Experience & Qualification
- Minimum 7.5 years of hands-on Python development experience
- Overall experience: 5–10 years
- Education: 15 years of full-time education (Bachelor’s or equivalent)

- Experience with cloud-native architectures
- Exposure to AI-driven enterprise solutions
- Knowledge of scalable data pipelines and analytics platforms
- Strong understanding of agile delivery models
