Role Overview

As a Custom Software Engineering Senior Analyst, you will design, develop, and enhance custom software solutions using modern frameworks and Agile practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business and marketing requirements into scalable, high-performing applications with a strong focus on customer experience and personalization.

  • Work independently and grow into a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Actively participate in team discussions and contribute to solution design
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
  • Design and implement application features aligned with business and marketing objectives
  • Translate customer and user needs into technical specifications
  • Provide effective solutions to work-related technical challenges
  • Ensure applications meet quality, performance, and user experience standards

  • Hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and user segmentation
  • Experience with data integration and API management
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and techniques
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and translate insights into actionable outcomes
