Role Overview

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and enhance custom software solutions using modern frameworks and Agile practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performing applications aligned with business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work independently and grow into a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Actively participate in team discussions and technical decision-making
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Design, develop, and enhance application components across systems
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently
  • Ensure adherence to software design principles, best practices, and Agile methodologies

Professional & Technical Skills

  • Hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
  • Experience with modern software development frameworks and methodologies
  • Strong understanding of software design principles and best practices
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
