Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions. The role demands strong hands-on execution, end-to-end ownership, and the ability to translate AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes within a regulated enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

AI Solution Design & Delivery

  • Design and deploy Generative AI solutions using Microsoft AI ecosystem (Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI).
  • Build enterprise copilots and GenAI applications integrating structured and unstructured data.
  • Own delivery from use-case definition to production deployment and monitoring.
  • Translate business problems into scalable AI architectures with clear business impact.

Hands-on Engineering

  • Develop AI/ML solutions using Python and SQL.
  • Implement RAG, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and LLM fine-tuning.
  • Work with open-source GenAI frameworks (Hugging Face, CrewAI, LangChain-style tools).
  • Integrate AI services via APIs, data connectors, and vector databases.

Platform, MLOps & DevOps

  • Deploy and operate AI solutions on Azure (AWS/GCP exposure acceptable).
  • Implement LLMOps / MLOps pipelines, including versioning, monitoring, and evaluation.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and Azure DevOps.
  • Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and production-ready.

Governance & Responsible AI

  • Embed Responsible AI, security, and privacy controls into AI solutions.
  • Ensure compliance using Microsoft Purview and enterprise governance standards.
  • Work with risk, legal, and compliance teams in regulated environments.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams.
  • Communicate complex AI concepts in clear, actionable terms.
  • Provide delivery updates, trade-offs, and recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience

Core Skills

  • 9+ years overall experience in software engineering / data science / AI
  • 2+ years hands-on experience delivering Generative AI / LLM solutions
  • Strong experience with: Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate),Copilot Studio / Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI Foundry & Azure OpenAI,Microsoft Purview
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
  • Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model optimisation

AI & Enterprise Readiness

  • Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, and ML fundamentals
  • Experience deploying AI solutions in enterprise / regulated environments
  • Knowledge of AI governance, security, and compliance frameworks
