Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IAM – PAM Consultant with strong expertise in CyberArk Privilege Cloud to support deployment, integration, administration, and ongoing operations. The role involves credential management, access governance, session monitoring, and compliance in a 24×7 enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
CyberArk Privilege Cloud Administration
- Act as Secondary Administrator for CyberArk Privilege Cloud
- Support deployment, integration, configuration, and maintenance
- Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot operational issues
- Ensure high availability, security, and compliance
Credential & Access Management
- Secure vaulting of privileged credentials with strong encryption
- Implement automated password rotation
- Enforce Just-In-Time (JIT) and Zero Standing Privilege (ZSP) access
- Remove persistent privileged access across environments
Monitoring & Auditing
- Monitor and record privileged sessions
- Maintain audit logs for compliance and forensic analysis
- Identify suspicious activities and support incident response
IAM & Security Governance
- Support IAM solution design and configuration
- Work with tools such as: CyberArk Privilege Cloud,Data Protection Advisor, Secure Infrastructure Access (SIA), Secure Configuration Assessment (SCA)

- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (3-shift model)
- Flexible and adaptable to demanding environments
- Strong collaboration with client and internal stakeholders
Education & Certifications
- Graduation in any discipline (mandatory)
- IAM / CyberArk certifications – Good to have
Experience Requirements
- 4–8+ years of experience in PAM / IAM
- Hands-on expertise with CyberArk Privilege Cloud
- Experience supporting enterprise IAM environments
- Willingness to work from base office and in shifts
