Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SME with strong C#.NET and TrakSys MES expertise to design, build, and support Manufacturing Execution System solutions that improve automation, quality, and operational efficiency across manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance TrakSys MES solutions using C#.NET.
- Integrate MES with enterprise systems and shop-floor applications.
- Analyze manufacturing processes and drive automation and optimization.
- Lead end-to-end MES solution implementation and support.
- Troubleshoot MES and application issues and ensure system stability.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and IT teams to translate requirements into solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members.
- Prepare technical documentation and system designs.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of overall experience in software development.
- Strong expertise in C#.NET.
- Extensive hands-on experience with TrakSys MES (Parsec).
- Good understanding of manufacturing operations and automation.
- Experience integrating MES with ERP and other enterprise systems.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in manufacturing environments.
