Manager – Service Sales

Role Overview
The Manager – Service Sales will drive service revenue growth across the South region by strengthening customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, promoting upgrades, AMC, spares, and service solutions, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Pondicherry.
- Visit customer sites to present Windows 10 upgrades, system comparisons, and new software solutions and convert opportunities into business.
- Inspect machines, review spare stock, and promote critical spares and service solutions.
- Generate new opportunities for AMC and spares through cold calling and courtesy visits.
- Coordinate with back-end teams to ensure timely proposals and convert inquiries into orders.
- Initiate and manage annual rate contracts for spares and services.
- Understand customer technical requirements, arrange demos/trials, and convert needs into revenue.
- Conduct audits on Service AMC visits across the South region and escalate gaps where required.
- Achieve an annual revenue target of ₹15 Cr+ across Windows 10, AMC, spares, services, and buyback business.
Educational Qualification
- B.E. (Mechanical / E&TC / Instrumentation)
OR Diploma with at least 2 additional years of relevant industry experience. - Graduates/Post-Graduates in Science or Commerce with experience in sales coordination in manufacturing/trading companies may also be considered.
