Role Summary
We are looking for a senior OutSystems Developer to design, build, and deploy enterprise applications using OutSystems low-code platform while mentoring teams and ensuring delivery quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and assess existing applications for performance, architecture, and best practices.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement OutSystems web and mobile applications.
- Enforce quality using automated unit testing (TDD/BDD).
- Handle code merges and deployments from Pre-Prod to Prod.
- Prepare release notes and manage production releases.
- Perform bug fixes, hotfixes, troubleshooting, and debugging.
- Mentor team members and support delivery excellence.
- Follow Agile development practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Engineering graduate with 6–8+ years in OutSystems.
- Certified OutSystems Developer (Web/Mobile) or higher.
- Strong experience with Service Studio, Lifetime, Integration Studio.
- Experience in web applications, performance tuning, and architecture reviews.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Team mentoring experience.
- Experience with Architecture Dashboard and Integration Builder.
