Role Summary
We are seeking an Automation Lead with strong expertise in C#, Playwright, Selenium, and API testing to design, build, and lead automation frameworks, regression suites, and CI/CD test pipelines while mentoring teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute manual and automation testing strategies using EQ partitions, RBT, and best practices.
- Develop automation for web, desktop UI-less, and browser-based applications using Playwright/Selenium/Appium (C#).
- Build and maintain custom automation frameworks (BDD, Data-driven, Keyword-driven).
- Manage test data strategies for regression and reruns.
- Automate API and Microservices testing.
- Integrate regression suites into CI/CD pipelines for daily builds.
- Create test health dashboards and quality metrics.
- Lead, mentor teams, and collaborate with global stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills
- Playwright / Selenium / Appium with C#
- API & Microservices Testing
- BDD Frameworks
- SQL & Database Testing
- Cloud Application Testing
- Test Reports & Dashboards
- Tools exposure: Ranorex, Tosca (good to have)
Required Experience
- 9+ years overall testing experience.
- 7+ years hands-on with C# automation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
