Role Summary

We are looking for a .NET Full Stack Application Support Engineer to support and enhance critical business systems. The role involves troubleshooting application issues, improving system performance, and ensuring smooth operations across multiple components.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in .NET Full Stack applications.
  • Monitor system health and application performance.
  • Analyze incidents and provide effective solutions independently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Document processes, fixes, and best practices.
  • Support and guide junior team members when required.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in .NET Full Stack Development.
  • Strong knowledge of web technologies and frameworks.
  • Experience with SQL and database management systems.
  • Basic exposure to cloud services and deployment.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
