Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Telemarketing Executive to join our Sales team. The role focuses on lead generation, customer interaction, and supporting the sales pipeline by engaging potential clients over calls and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and understand company products and services.
- Make outbound calls to generate and qualify leads.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.
- Handle basic customer queries and objections professionally.
- Maintain and update customer and lead data in CRM/database.
- Record call details, follow-ups, and outcomes accurately.
- Track daily activities and basic performance metrics (KPIs).
- Support the sales team with qualified prospects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in BBA / BCA / B.Com / Any equivalent degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to handle conversations confidently.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude.
