Job Description

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven SMO Executive to manage and optimize our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and analyzing content while driving brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic through effective Social Media Optimization strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end SMO projects for brand promotion.
  • Create, manage, and optimize social media profiles on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Plan, create, publish, and analyze engaging content across social channels.
  • Develop traffic generation strategies through SMO techniques.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Research competitors’ social media strategies and advertising activities.
  • Improve audience engagement, reach, and conversions through creative campaigns.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all social media communications.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams for campaign execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Social Media Optimization / Management.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and algorithms.
  • Experience with content planning, posting schedules, and analytics.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing tools and reporting.
  • Creative mindset with good copywriting and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and optimize campaigns.
  • Familiarity with paid promotions is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
