Role Summary
The Front Desk Executive leads front office operations during assigned shifts, ensuring exceptional guest service, smooth desk operations, team coordination, and compliance with Hilton brand standards while creating a warm and memorable arrival experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
- Lead, guide, and motivate Guest Service Agents during shifts.
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, room allocation, and VIP coordination.
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and ensure satisfaction follow-ups.
- Promote Hilton Honors and personalized guest services.
- Ensure accuracy in reservations, billing, payments, and reports.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Accounts, Sales, and Reservations teams.
- Conduct shift briefings, handovers, and on-the-job training.
- Maintain desk systems, equipment, and operational records.
- Ensure compliance with safety, cash handling, security, and brand standards.
- Identify revenue opportunities and support hotel selling strategies.
Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years of Front Office or Hospitality experience preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and guest handling abilities.
- Knowledge of hotel PMS systems and front desk operations.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic financial and cash-handling knowledge.
- Leadership mindset with coaching and mentoring skills.
