Job Description
The Cluster Talent Acquisition Manager leads end-to-end recruitment for five hotels in the Bengaluru cluster, ensuring a strong, consistent, and high-quality talent pipeline aligned with Hilton’s business goals and employer brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all five hotels in the cluster.
- Partner with the Cluster Director of HR and department heads on workforce planning and hiring strategy.
- Develop and execute the annual cluster recruitment plan.
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate selection for roles below Director level.
- Manage job postings, recruitment channels, agencies, campus drives, and job fairs.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment systems with accuracy.
- Ensure timely candidate communication, onboarding, and smooth joining experience.
- Monitor hiring effectiveness and provide recruitment analytics and reports.
- Promote Hilton’s employer brand across internal and external platforms.
- Train hiring managers on interview best practices and recruitment systems.
- Mentor junior recruitment team members and ensure compliance with processes.
- Support HR initiatives such as internship programs and engagement activities.
Candidate Profile
- 8–10 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in 5-star hospitality.
- Proven experience managing multi-property or cluster hiring.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms (Taleo, Darwinbox, etc.).
- Campus hiring and talent marketing experience.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
- Passion for people, hospitality, and employer branding.
