Job Description
The Security Executive ensures the safety and security of guests, team members, and hotel assets by supervising security operations, maintaining safety standards, and responding professionally to incidents and guest concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily security shifts and ensure effective patrol coverage across the property.
- Monitor fire safety equipment, evacuation routes, and life-safety systems.
- Ensure patrol findings and maintenance issues are reported promptly to Engineering.
- Enforce hotel security procedures including bag checks and asset removal policies.
- Arrange escort services for cash handling and sensitive movements when required.
- Maintain perimeter control and prevent unauthorized access or loitering.
- Prepare duty rosters, manage attendance, and support team training plans.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure fire exits are clear and safety practices are followed.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and take appropriate corrective action.
- Ensure readiness in first aid and emergency response procedures.
- Maintain Hilton grooming standards and promote positive team communication.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in hotel or corporate security operations.
- Strong knowledge of life safety, fire systems, and hotel security procedures.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented with a professional service mindset.
- Working knowledge of English preferred.
