Position: Cluster Visual Merchandiser

Qualifications:

· Diploma, graduate, or post-graduate degree in Fashion Design or related field.

· 5-7 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably in visual merchandising roles.

· Proven track record of success in visual merchandising.

Skills Required:

· Innovation and Creativity: Ability to develop innovative visual concepts and creative displays to attract customers.

· Process Orientation: Strong understanding of merchandising processes and ability to implement efficient workflows.

· Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of products and trends in the fashion industry.

· Vendor Relationship Skills: Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with vendors and suppliers.
